The Cormen Chronicles is a book series that combines investigative journalism,

but there is concern this commercial contagion may have silent spread already to your jurisdiction too.

The Corman Chronicles Book 1 is written as the narration of legal drama, even though it documents a real life drama that is playing out in real time right now.

Shocking Investigative Reporting you might expect to see via video clips, alternative media interviews , blogs and sub-stack in this digital age is coming to you via written story because that feels more comfortable to the writer at this time, and because this prevents over exposure to something that should be read first, given the gravity of deceit it exposes in our own social circles.

The names of the "players" in this real life drama have been masked for now, but they can be found if one really feels that is relevant to them.

The "Special Edition" of "The Corman Chronicles Book 1" is being published with the "Corman Chronicles Decoder" in it as an appendix.

The "Corman Chronicles Decoder" exposes one "answer" to the legal mystery that is being exposed in Book 1.

At the end of every Scooby Doo Episode they pull the mask off the villain. In the Encyclopedia Brown Mystery Series it is the reveal to the mystery. In magazine Crosswords it is the Answer Key just a few pages away.

The Decoder is being included in this First Edition/Special Edition because it exposes a Legal Lobby problem that was put into play silently in 1990 that had a very slow rolling effect on the deterioration of California as a community, and one that needs to be rectified immediately to salvage what can be saved in California commerce and society.

What would have started as a tiny snowball in 1990 when an unlawful and conflicting shift in statute was made is now an avalanche, and it needs to be addressed immediately. The "wild" part about one part of this scheme is that it can be turned off immediately by simply undoing the unlawful and conflicting statute changes, and that's a rarity for something that gets this far out of control.

Given it was a small and subtle "trick" that cold have been rolled out in many other states too, all states around the United States need to check for it now, to make sure it hasn't been implemented there already as well.

The "good news", if any can be categorized as such given the circumstances, is that the solution to the problem is just undoing the problem AND the benefits of undoing it are already known. Furthermore, the ease with which "it can and should be undone without challenge" is what makes it very different than many other social problems plaguing our country at this time.

The "Special Edition" of "The Corman Chronicles Book 1" also includes an additional "Special Investigator's Report" on the current state of the Monterey County California Civil Court System , as well as the California Superior Court System in general.

What is revealed will knock some from their chairs, but the deceit exposed there will make some sense in context of the 1990 deceit . Furthermore it will all make even more sense when additional facts about a larger legal system hijack done many decades ago is pondered.

The Author of this book and one of the "harmed parties" in this situation is NOT a native Californian. He came here with his partner in 2012 for unique work that is not readily available in many other parts of the country.

He sensed something was "off" with the population from the day he arrived. There were signs everywhere, but to the population, things were "normal".

Anyone from populated parts of the East Coast or other parts of the country who has moved here since the late 1990s or later may know what is being described, but they may have been without more clarifying words either. Once this story is understood, for all of those people, everything may make a lot more sense too.

When the 5th largest economy in the world becomes "legally inverted", there are grave consequences, if and when that inversion is discovered, as has been the case now.

After being maimed in a real estate transaction gone rogue, the harmed party's job was to try to figure out the incentive systems that led to such bizarre behavior and then lead the masses to the crime scene, without full clarity on what might eventually be exposed.

That has been transpiring silently since an inverted real estate contract was provided for use by National Brokers, and real estate disclosure crimes were committed in 2021. The silent networking has been about amassing Attention. However, what has been exposed since that fateful motion hearing on 4/19/2025 is absolutely gobsmacking, and something none could have foreseen.

That's what led to this rushed publishing, and the reason it needs to be turned over to the Court of Public Opinion for Adjudication , while becoming the job of the Masses to do the clean up.
